What Does This Warranty Cover?

Pretty Wicker.com stands behind every item we sell. We guarantee all our wicker furniture with a comprehensive "bumper to bumper" warranty for one full year, plus a 3 year limited warranty against manufacuturer's defects from the original date of purchase.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

The following are not covered under the warranty set forth above: products which are clearance items, display models, or otherwise purchased on an "as is" basis; damage to the product incurred during shipping; products damaged by acts of nature, vandalism, fire, abuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, improper assembly; fading or discoloration of the product or any of its components resulting from exposure to sunlight or other natural elements, oils, spills, fluids, or chemicals; hardware against corrosion or rusting; buckling or splitting of tubing resulting from exposure to water and freezing temperatures; purchased or replacement parts; unauthorized repairs or alterations; plastics. Also excluded: loss of use or time, inconvenience, money, travel, packaging or any other consequential or incidental damages. In no event shall Pretty Wicker's responsibility under this limited warranty exceed the value of the replacement product.

What is the Period of Coverage?

This limited warranty shall be in effect for three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

What Will We Do to Correct Problems?

If the product fails during the warranty period in accordance with this limited warranty, Pretty Wicker will repair or replace the merchandise, at its discretion, at no cost to the owner.

How Do You Get Warranty Service?

If the product must be returned for repair or replacement in accordance with this limited warranty, the product owner must file a warranty claim with Pretty Wicker via email using our Contact Us form on our web site, or by mail to Pretty Wicker, 1866 B East High St, Pottstown, PA 19464. Please submit a detailed description of the reason for the claim, and provide a copy of your original email receipt, or a copy of the receipt sent in the original shipment, as proof of purchase date.

Shipping arrangements will be handled by Pretty Wicker, and a pick-up time will be communicated to the product owner. The owner of the product assumes all responsibility and cost of packing materials for securely packing the product in preparation for return shipment. Be sure to pack the product properly and securely, following any instructions provided by Pretty Wicker. Product owner assumes responsibility for ensuring the product is available for pick-up by designated shipping agent or carrier at the time and location set and provided by Pretty Wicker.
